Rear brake help !!

Rear brake help !!

2004-02-09 by Don Lattimer

I've managed to break the self-adjusting lever on my right rear brake. I
have the Capri/Corsair rear axle (1971). The lever is actuated by the
parking brake and turns the toothed gear at the bottom of the wheel
cylinder. Pix at:

You can see the lever in the "left brake" pic. It is vertical and parallel
to the wheel cylinder. I need the right wheel lever.

Any help ??

Hi Don
Although I can't help you directly........I discarded all the rear
brake parts when I did the rear disc conversion......I do have a link
for you, this guy has all manner of Capri stuff,I got a used set of
taillights from him in great shape and very cheap...I am assuming you
have the capri rear or they may all be the same for all I know.
Anyway here is the link http://www.teamblitz.com/
