Bass pedal notes - Moog LP preset 46 "LOW DOWN"
Intro lead - LP preset 24 "BIG UN"
Middle high octave lead - LP preset 18 "BRASSISH"
Back to "BIG UN" then close with OSC 2 on high octave.

I used a .35 second delay echo on Moog lead tracks.
Mellotron MK VI - Flute, 3V's, 8 voice Choir, Boy's Choir.
Gigastudio - Church Organ, Piano, Trumpet.

If I recorded the lead part again, I would use less LP overdrive 
(distortion) and a faster glide rate.  (a bit too slow in places).
