This is the response I got a couple of hours ago from "jason" (including 
the pictures, of course).  I had asked about the serial number of the 
machine, and as I expected, there's no response to that.  I'm also a bit 
bemused that Frank gets it for $150 less than I do - must be his 
author's discount.
