Touch sensitivity on mellotron samples actually is an
annoying thing for me- I disable it on my Akai or
Kontakt right away-it just doesn't feel like a
mellotron any more. I agree that a volume pedal is a
more natural (and gradual) way of controlling gain. It
is one thing to want a realistic mellotron sound and
another to want a more natural string or brass sound.
