The band is Air. The song is the main song on the Virgin Suicides movie soundtrack, I think it's called "Schoolyard Love" or something like that. They're a French band, which fits the commercial perfectly. The soundtrack album is great, as is their others. ; They are somewhere in-between T-Dream and Dark Side of the Moon-era Pink Floyd. Check 'em out!
