MOST of the music from cosmos is/was indeed vangelis, but not all of it, and i would just say perhaps a slight majority. and the vangelis that was used came from his existing catalogue - it was not composed FOR the series... i know some heldon was used, some eno, and i think some teddy lasry, plus some things that i probably just can't recall at the moment. i did watch the entire series about 6 months ago after renting it via netflix. aha - someone has done ALL the homework for us: http://www.users.bigpond.com/cosmic_voyager/ ...jeff
