Just successfully
downloaded a track from Lol Coxhill's 'Ear of the Beholder' album from '71,
entitled 'A Series of Superbly Played Mellotron Codas'. It's 24 seconds of five
Mark II rhythms, all being, well, codas I suppose. The most interesting is the
last one, which finishes with the inimitable Bill Fransen "Yeah!". I originally
found it on WinMX months ago, and failed to download it, but it appeared briefly
the other day and my software grabbed it before I'd even noticed, so there's
probably not much point trying to get it from that source yourself. If anyone's
interested, I can mail you the MP3 - it's all of half a Mb, so it shouldn't take
that long to download for most of you.
