You can buy a service manual from www.mellotron.com which has schematics. However when I used them to fix my preamp i found the schematic i needed had several errors. There is also a Owners Manual which, I assume by the name, must have come with the unit. It also has some block diagrams and schematics and is worth having if you can track one down.
