<<Spring--y'mean the RCA Neon NE6 Spring? What were they like live? WOW!!!>> They were terrific if a little hazy in the brain department. They just had the album's worth of material and played it faultlessly and then started repeating to fill the concert out. The MKII sounded so powerful and was played very sympathectically. A great experience. The is the MKII that fell into total disrepair down at Rockfield Studios, the one with chickens living in the back and rats droppings. After swallowing hard we finally set about restoring it and finally had it changed to a black cabinet. It now resides in Ryo's mellotron grotto with bespoke tapes. It workes like a dream despite the horrendous conditions it endured and was actually one of the easier MKIIs to get working. Odd.
