I don't normally share stuff I receive from time to time but this was just to 
good to ignore and pass on to our friends in the good old USofA. If you've 
seen it before I apologise, but it's new to me and thought provoking.....

I dont know how much of this is factually correct. Doubltless there are those 
here who will iron out any discrepancies..
