Great Album!

Strangely enough, Sundae Club were asked to do a copy of "Bathtime in
Clerkenwell" for a TV ad for Goodyear Tyres. Apparently, RTW (who is
one person, I think, not a 'band') couldn't get sample clearance for
the vocals on the track, and our music agency who also represents RTW
rather cheekily asked if we could do a pastiche of the track without
using any of the original notes, tune or any samples! We used a bit of
Martinge's Mk1 Mellotron that we'd previously used on our track
"Frankie and Tronny" for the strings!

If anyone has Broadband, I can send them an mpeg of the original ad
with the RTW soundtrack and ours for comparison. I'm not sure who won
the pitch, but it wasn't us!
