Hello Group,    Thanks for your input, Rick.

I have a photo given me by JB in 1998 of Les seated
at the very first MK-I  circa 1963 .  Hopefully, it
wasn't THAT Tron which met an untimely fate.

Actually, a rough beginning COULD spell better
times ahead, if one persists. Thomas Edison's
very first lightbulb on 21-Oct-1879 lasted 40 hours
until it expired due to excessive voltage added by
the Wizard himself.  But the very first lightbulb ever
made  was broken , and never could be preserved for
future generations to see/learn .

By late 1880, Edison's handmade lightbulbs
with bamboo filaments lasted 1000 hours .
Blown-glass  affairs with turned wooden bases and
screw threads from kerosene cans. (see below)

And every successive Tron got better and better too .
