Mellotronists

Anybody in the Virginia/DC USA area own a Mellotron and be prepared to
let a couple of Musicians have a close look at it?
I grew up in the UK in the 60s and The Mellotron was an important
sound to me in my teens. (I was lucky enough to see Mellotrons being
played live by many famous groups thru the 60s & 70s) I have recently
become a musician and as I am also an engineer have now become
fascinated with The Melloton again. I really want to see one "in the
flesh" and really see how the all the insides work. I also have a
musician buddy who has played nearly all keyboards but also has never
seen a Mellotron up close. To repay the favor, I have a mint copy of
the unobtainable Mellotron Album "Rime of the ancient sampler" and
would willingly let you have a copy on CD.
