There could be many many discs for sound library...and > man CDs are cheap a CD/DVD Orchestron!! with no ram/rom to worry about the problem with that is: a cd player only has a single laser to read with. therefore, it could only read one track at a time. you might be able to use buffers, but you are now getting into the hardware driver writing arena... and RAM issues. maybe a "DJ" cd player/mixer might have some of this capability? ...jeff
