Hi,
Yes I have one and have used it on my M400 very successfully. I recorded sounds from the M300 onto ΒΌ\u201d tapes using a revox. The only hassle is that I only have one tape frame at the moment but the guide combs are very easy to put in and out.
Cheers
John

Hi
Re. Clay's query: I think what they mean is, any sound you like can be installed ... BY STREETLY. You'd have had to record it, then send the resulting tape to
Streetly, to be copied onto a 3/8 inch wide tape format for loading
into the Tron. The way they worded it, it implied the lucky Mk. 5
owner could do it all himself!
Don't forget the infamous 1/4" conversion kit that did enable tron owners to make their own tapes. Chick Corea did this with Gail Moran's voice. Is there anyone on this list that actually has one of these kits, and/or actually used one?
