You bastard Rick!  Damn right I'm ugly, but I got BIG FEET.  I'd be happy to 
give a copy free of charge, if I can find one (oops!)  I have to look around 
to see if I have a copy.  My guess is I don't.  If anyone who was present at 
Tronto MKII wants to copy it and the accompanying documentation and circulate 
it, please feel free.  It was not meant as a income producing item, but its 
intended use was to spread a little knowledge.
