Greetings All, I last spoke on the land-line with Justin Mayer
over four years ago. This was during my design phase of
the JKMK6 . Justin abandoned the 16-track configuration
orig. seen on DK's video series for the more conventional
8- tracks on 1/2" tape. Apparently, Justin was having
difficulties with the narrow track-width and mechanical
selector mechanism.
The superbly made J-Tron was for sale at $7K/unit
in 1999. If anybody knows how/where he is, have him
get/stay in touch with all of us. Cheers, Jerry Korb
