German Mellotron/TD

Just in case some of you Stateside or in North America look for
obscure things in eBay, a good idea is to hit the *refine search*
button and scroll up to "any country" in both categories, since the
default seems to be English only...scroll up instead of down as it is
buried above "United States". The 'tron in Berlin pops up along with
all the others, including plenty of CD-ROMs, and it converts Euro
into $$$. Hmmmm, under $2,200 opening for what appears to be a nice
unit...I don't know much German either, but methinks the TD was more
of a comparison on bands that use Mellotron and not whether the
unit's history was actually with Froese & Co. And y'know, I've been
really enjoying Electronic Meditation from these guys lately, even
tho' 1970 was a bit before TD discovered adventurous keyboards, dense
electronics and synths. Good ol' Ohr scratchy vinyl--so prevalent
within the soft passages of the LP, of which there are many...but an
okay score for just a few dollars.

Greetings All, I read German quite well, Fritz Doddy , where are you ??
Anyway, the TD-M400 is for pick-up only or truck freight :
(Nur an !!SELBSTABHOLER oder Spedition!! )

Was repainted obviously . Alum. Frame appears to be the shorter one.
Too bad Oktoberfest is almost over. Would be a great reason to
head across the pond, sample some brews served by a buxom waitress,
and bring back a piece of musical history.

Viel Spass beim Bieten ( Have fun bidding ) Auf Weidersehen, Jerry K.
