The story about the guy getting the tron from his neighbor made me 
wonder how many units have been lost in hurricanes(Charley?)
tornadoes,fires,or floods that could account for all the missing 
manufactured product...(not counting Rick Wakeman's bonfire)

A while bak I was in touch with a 1970s 'Tron player from Scotland
called Adrian Spence. He told me that his band had bought an M400 to
replace the Mk II which they used to have which had a tendency to break
down rather a lot. They only got a few months' use out of the M400
before it was lost in a house fire in Glasgow.

His band wrote a piece to commemorate the event, called 'Death Of 400'.
