So I sent him an email pointing him to the yahoo group. -- Cheers, SDM -- a 21st century schizoid man www.systemstheory.net www.thecleanersystem.com

I hate fruitcake! :-) I believe Klaus was around on this list for a short while, but he's one of us time-challenged people and decided to unsub. Maybe he'll come back. ...kl...M400 #805 - time-challenged...yeah, *playing* time! * Ken Leonard - Web ToC at http://www.kleonard.com * * Into the outdoors? - http://www.GONewEngland.org * > The Mellotron Book - by Frank Samagaio (with contribution * > from Yours Truly) - Amazon.com bn.com ArtistPro.com

Klaus is one of the contributors to the Mellotron CD project. His song, The Gate of Lahore (recorded at the E-LIVE Festival in Eindhoven, NL), can be heard at: http://www.tronsounds.com/projectsongs.htm He used to have a 1965 MKII, and has sampled it extensively. He has loaded the samples into a Kurzweil 2500 Workstation, which he calls his "MEGATRON". Ken M. In a message dated 4/15/02 10:18:45 PM Eastern Daylight Time, sdavmor@... writes:

Sound were provided this time by a Klaus Hoffmann-Hoock. Is he on this list? Klaus was the main man of Mind Over Matter, who put out several 'Tron-heavy electronic albums in the '80s. He's now operating under the nom-de-plume 'Cosmic Hoffman', doing similar stuff. I met him a couple of years ago in Holland - lovely bloke, very knowledgable. He no longer owns a 'Tron, but has at one time or another had *26* pass through his hands (all models)! Andy T. M400 #1145 http://freespace.virgin.net/andy.thompson/
