Mellotronists

Hello again!
     I am curious if anyone has any methods, tried and true or otherwise, for 
fixing/straightening warped keys.  As a carpenter, I have some ideas but 
would love some input from anyone as to what folks have done to avoid 
getting new keysets.  My EMI, as some of you will remember, has a 
particularly ornery keyboard.  It is the final step for me before the cabinet 
refinishing and it has me wary.  The more input I can get, the better.  Thanks
