I particularly liked the baby blue... :-) Thought their prices were a tad
high - 2200UKP for a Mini? 4500 for a JP-8? Yeah, right.

RL Music are known to charge like wounded rhinos for their stuff!
On the positive side, it's usually in top notch order.

I bought a largish Moog system from them. I knew of
it, and had pictures of it BEFORE they took it in on
consignment. In short, it was a huge restoration, but
now the instrument is absolutely gorgeous and plays
like a dream.

You get what you pay for. Hopefully, even with 17000
dollar refurbished Mellotron Mk IIs.

Also, shall we not overlook the fact that the MK VI is
priced at NON ADJUSTED 1975 dollars?

I'm glad that white is still an option (those Mahogany
cabs are just too beautiful IMO), but that teal colour
is kind of nice too. Whatever. To each their own and
thank God for diversity.

Mike,

They couldn't have been speaking of our friends at Streetly... They're pros.
They just refuse to go retail. I also happen to have heard that Martin and
John will be offering 24 hour emergency service on the new Trons, as I
understand that they have only recently acquired a brand spanking new Gulfstream V.
