Mellotronists

I heard Led Zep this morning-All of my Love and wanted to know if the  string 
section that was recorded was a Mellotron or one of the many String  synths 
used during that era. Also, to what extent was the Mellotron  used during Led

Heya Jimmy,

I don't think that's a 'tron on "All of My Love"...sounds like a synth 
to me.  Otherwise, they DID use 'tron on "Stairway" (flutes), "Four 
Sticks" & "Kashmir" (strings).  Is anyone aware of any other tunes by 
Zep w/'tron?
