...and another thing...

...and another thing...

2005-12-04 by Colin Crawford

All of the lovely Tron we put in the demo was replaced by some bloody
orchestra at Abbey Road.

Have they no respect?!

Do they have one of those on the other side?

What, after death? Could you tell the difference?

Oh, sorry Andy. I meant the other side of the pond. But then, you do
have a point.

Sorry, Bernie - I knew what you meant - it was a feeble-minded attempt at
wit. :-) No, we don't have a congress in the UK - it would be far too
republican, as in 'like a republic', rather than the party. We have a
several hundred year-old parliamentary system involving the 'House of
Commons' and 'House of Lords'. Positively medieval, but there you go.
Although we don't have a president, our prime minister (whoever they are)
might as well be one, so we're spared two lots of elections every four
years.

M400 #1145: neither republican nor royalist. Ever seen a Mellotron try to
sit on a fence?

It's also more entertaining to watch than congress :)
