Rogue Element (retro electronic, Tangerine Dream influence) has two 
M400s.  Their web page has been updated recently:

...and there's a page about the M400 with a few snippets from a TD FX tape 
set (which they own (original to TD)) and a Black Sabbath FX set:

...And one of the duo, Brendan Pollard, has just released a solo album,
Expansion, in the same style. More Mellotrons.  :-)
