Mellotronists

Greetings All,

We've all discussed theMellotron's history and origins often here.
Its inspiration from theChamberlin, etc. The contemplated name "Franson" ,
instead of Mellotron at the very beginnings.

Please see included photo with this message. I've included the MK-II
Mellotron waterslide decal atop a paper label from a 1927 USA
tube/valve manufacturer in the Golden Days of early radio .
Resemblance is uncanny and TOO close for coincidence !
