Hi Gino! OK - I Haven't finalized anything. Maybe now's the time and we can draw on help from the community. When Will and I were designing the panel, there was room for an extra knob and Will got the idea to add a "mix" function. In correspondence with Jurgen, he pointed out this could be implemented by wiring "a 10K lin pot between the modulated and un-modulated signal "- and adding "a 'Mixed output' which goes directly to the wiper of the mix pot... but have the normal effect output wired to a jack of its own (= your output jack)" So this is the first possible implementation. 10K lin pot and mix jack. Real straight-forward. Would the output of this mix be inverted? I'm not sure. I'll have to check. Not that it necessarily matters except to purists, I guess. The second possible implementation is like the first, but involves adding a buffer/inverter between the pot and the jack. By using a Tellun MUUB2, two buffer/inverters could be provided - to buffer the output and invert it to match the "normal effect output." The third possible implementation is, I think, your idea - to use a CGS mixer to accomplish the mix between the modulated and un-modulated signal. This also sounds like a very good idea to me. It should be noted that our design also has a "dry output." I can't remember if this is part of Jurgen's original design or not, but either way, it can be just a straight wiring of the input to the output, I suppose, or it could involve a buffer/inverter too. How had you thought to build this? Anyway, beyond that, I just haven't gotten to any further development. I'll begin work on a Dragonfly Alley page for the Triple Chorus. In the process, I'll document all three of these possibilities. And I'll post any of our collective ideas about implementation. I suppose, in a strict sense, this discussion now goes beyond the subject of Synth Panels. So maybe it really belongs on the MOTM forum or something. Ideas? Thanks, Gino - thanks, guys Bill --- In ModularSynthPanels@yahoogroups.com, "adaaxs" <wonggster@...> wrote: > > Have you worked out the implementation for Will's ideas yet ?
