Modular Synth Panels

I'm thinking of getting one of the PCBs so I played around with a 2U 
MOTM style panel.  The design is in my folder:

Files > DJB designs > Wogglebug.fpd

I'm not sure of the exact control and output functionality. I tried 
to group some of the outputs and added a RATE LED.  I'd appreciate 
feedback on the outputs and controls if I got them right.
