works fine for me.

i went to -

http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/ModularSynthPanels/files/

opened Richard's folder, and then downloaded passives.fpd. depending 
on the browser this can be accomplished either by option-click, or 
control-click then Save File As..., or right-click then Save as... 
etc.

clicking on the passives.fpd link, rather than downloading it, 
results in a blank screen in Safari, but quite possibly utter chaos 
on other browser configurations.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
