Thank you, Mr. Lord. I stand corrected. That is, of course, the case and I should have know it. Issues of trade mark have always confused me where it has to do with names and terms. (shaking head) There's a long, ridiculous story behind it concerning a challenge to my right to use my own name in public representations, bla bla bla.
