I uploaded a DJB-readme.txt file which has a link to some photos and the schematic. I also put some photos there of the voltage monitor. I started off with your design but decided I wanted reversing attenuators. At that point I could no longer use the CGS boards so decided to build my own. I added invertors so I could maintain polarity throughout the design and added a full wave rectifier circuit. I couldn't decide if I wanted this for control voltages or audio so I added a jumper on the board that will either DC or AC couple it. In the AC mode the gain is 2X so the 10 volt peak to peak level is maintained.
