Thanks for the replies. I am interested in round holes, rather than than oblong. I went ahead and created a euro12hp.fpd file in the "Panel Proposals" folder that I think is correct. Would someone mind verifying that I've got the hole placement correct? If so, I'll go ahead and create a whole range of blank, mounting hole only Euro panels for people to use as templates.
