The very first expanded Miniwave was also made that way by Dave Hylander. > Now I have a question for those of you with the Juskiw CV board. How are you using it? Since the PROMS are so different, I find it hard to imagine switching by CV, except for purely random weirdness. Of course maybe that's a good enough reason! HA. The randomness is interesting in inself. I let mine sit for hours (for testing) with a LFO feeding each of the three sweepable inputs and a scope hooked to the output. It was really quite fun. However, from a practical point of view, I'm not sure that sweeping from ROM to ROM is a huge advantage. I you were using a sequence and wanted to be able to change quantizing automatically and the scales you wanted were in two different chips. > How come I made a Schaeffer panel instead of using a Stooge? Let me add reason d): If we had to try to keep up with the demand we have plus what people are getting from Schaeffer, it would kill us. I am glad this other option is out there. Otherwise, this would probably be like a full time job. Stooge Larry, expecting the last of the panels any day now. _______________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
