Making panels using DecalPro (dry-transfer)

Has anybody had success making panels using dry-transfers?  In
particular I was wondering if the DecalPro could work.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
