New member, thanks for allowing me.

Recently joined. Thanks for letting me in!
I'm not sure if anyone has heard of me. :( but oh well. i'll just
have to start fresh with all of you.

The names logan, i've been working with electronics now for about 2
years. I'm not an expert my no means. And i am just finally getting
into building my own synths, etc. I hope to build my own modular by
the end of next year. And of course within this year and next i'll
buy purchasing as many MOTM modules as i can afford. I've heard'em in
use, and im in love.
One thing i'm learning to do is designing my own front panels. and
was hoping to get a few questions answered...

1. what format are all of the files in? i dont believe i have the
correct program to view them. If someone could clue me in on any
programs that are good for front panels, etc. that would be great.

2. Once i get my panels made, does anyone know of a good labeling
scheme? as in.. transfer paper (make on computer, print out, bake on
in oven...). rub on, etc.

Anyways, Thanks again for allowing me to join, i'll keep quite a
little while until i start to get more and more comfortable with
everything this group is about, etc. I own "benders anonymous" here
at yahoo groups. and it's mostly about circuitbending stuffs, so
actual synth theory is somethign i'm a little new to.. granted, i've
been using synths for 5 years, i know how they work. but i'm talking
electronicly(circuits, design, etc). This stuff facinates me and i am
willing to put any amount of money into information that will help me
learn more. So i hope to learn alot and perhaps help out a little
while in this group. And of course, contribute my designs, as i get
to owning my own MOTM.

take care
_logan
