I think sliders would be cool, but expensive. For example, I did a layout of 16 75mm slots (and appropriate mounting holes) in FPD. FPD wants US$40.75 to cut the slots in *my* material. I'm assuming they CNC mill these, rather than a turret punch, but I could be wrong. I guess the question to ask is can Scott's metal suppliers punch these slots to a decent level of accuracy? Remember, a little slop in slot spacing is not going to be that obvious, but if the mounting screws are off fromt he slots, the sliders won't mount. Ow. I wish my CNC mill was running. clickmrmike --- In ModularSynthPanels@yahoogroups.com, Scott Stites <scottnoanh@...> wrote: > > I think sliders would be fantastic - I would have done it on my homebrew panel if I had the technology to do it. > > -----Original Message----- > >From: Scott Deyo <contact@...> > >Sent: Oct 24, 2007 9:33 AM > >To: ModularSynthPanels@yahoogroups.com > >Subject: Re: [ModularSynthPanels] Re: Klee > > > >What's the general feeling about sliders?
