LM13700

Hi All

Does anyone have any excess LM13700 OTA's they may want to sell? Or know
a good supplier either in Australia or US?

Cheers

J

http://www.futurlec.com/Linear/LM13700Npr.shtml

http://www.jameco.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10001&catalogId=10001&productId=192532

I'm surprised Mouser is no longer carrying either the (NJM) 13600 or
13700! Neither is Digikey.

So much for everyone designing stuff around the "new" OTA's. Shit.

Wait, no need to panic! If you just type LM13700 and hope it does a
proper cross-reference it shows as being obsoleted and non-stocked. But
when you do a search NJM13700 in the IC section it comes up with a #
sign in the part number (lead-free, I guess):

Has anyone used the NE5517 OTA? Should be equivalent but no one sells it
in Oz.

Wrong about Mouser. Try this:

I was only able to get them as samples from OnSemi:

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
