sorry to hear about the problems peter.I know the ins and outs of small business , cash flow and also staff issues and had all these.The only way we survive is via having our own online shop.We sell through dealers and we sell via paypal on an online shop also.We make 30% more via direct orders and dont have to wait for cash turn around and its amazing how many people prefer buying direct now .This maybe a good option the future , paypals % is way less than dealers and people can always cover import tax if the price they pay is ok in relation to retailer prices.A plan b Ebay shop would also be an option though analogue haven seem like great guys to deal through .For us we would be broke selling music if it wasnt for direct sales as in the music business trying to get paid by wholesalers is very bad or basically they pay when they get more cds or sell out ! cash flow ? there is none with music / cd sales - they always owe . . .. anyway hope
things pan out and also the products continue to get made as i want more ! .We have no plan b dealer in uk and so i use analogue haven and import and i get better response via email from them than any uk company i ever used ! including a certain doepfer dealer in the uk who is so bad i now buy from germany ! and us ! rather than the uk distributer so guys outside us , maybe go to analogue haven , they seem very cool people .They only take your cash / order when stuffs in .Perfect and i quite like importing items.I cant understand peoples grief but also the mission impossible thats running business on low cash flow and with staff going off or leaving.
