I thought it read well. I copped onto the tongue and cheekiness though. Funny though, the whole thing could be summed up by saying— Don’t be an idiot! J but that would be offensive….

zepplin.
It seems I have offended the very group of people I'm here to support,
some of the most talented individuals I've ever met, and I'm asking
for your assistance.
I think you know the thrust behind it. It's something that had to
happen. I do no know of any manufacturer who clearly states what is to
be expected of the equipment they are about to purchase. I need to
make that clear. Help me rewrite it, please give me suggestions. All
will be considered.
