PLAN B analog blog

Plenty of people have had trouble-free dealings with you Peter, I am
one of those who haven't, and as such I must confess I found the page
rather tasteless.  No matter what the intention, I think it could be
read as pre-emptively saying "if you complain about anything, you are
an asshole".  No other manufacturer has such a page on their site,
including Paul Schreiber, who endured way worse from his haters than
you did.  I don't think you should re-write the page, I think you
should drop it.  Put the effort into fulfilling backlogged orders
(HINT HINT)
