Re: [PLAN_B_analog_blog] TKS clones?

hello

I agree with John totally,
always I have been wonder why people love ribon and it is done
and why theres no TKB like device around
I have ribon and it gives a lot for performance
I cant even imagine what TKB would do
all those cv posibilities just in point of touch (btw
this is the best thing on ribonn punktual change,
very different that just turning knob)

but why I am wonder, as there even no SERIOUS stereo output.
and I am talking about this from long time.

in fact TKB and ribons shows power of voltage controled synths/modules

is this that expensive to do?
may be there will be some people agree and order
limited edition or something, desperation calls

best

Agreed! If you look at the sizable Eurorack market (in terms of the
large variety of modules available across numerous manufacturers)
you'll see there's a severe lack of performance interfaces for these
systems! On numerous occasions over the years, I and many others have
brought this to the attention of the community but no one seems to be
listening. I think many people really want to interact with their
systems in other ways other than with sequencers and keyboards -
especially for performing artists. Dieter was once working on a touch
plate interface years ago, but unfortunately nothing ever became of
it. Maybe those of us that are interested in these performance
controllers are in the minority, but I've got to believe there's a
decent enough market to make it viable. Just my two cents.

  Kindest regards,
