PLAN B analog blog

That port isn't doing anything in this application.  All I/O pins 
being programmable, it's up the specific frimware to address 
this port and for the Heisenberg it's not nessesary. 

We used this board only to interface the microcontroller to the 
crystal.  It's got the bypass caps as well... it doesn't have to be 
there though, but it's mounted and working so I never bothered to 
screw with that.  There'll be no port on the final product.
