I have uploaded a file of the baeic patch which will give you this sound.  Go to Photos, 
then to Miscellanous - it's the last one there.  You're probabably not setting the Model 13 
withc to the center poition - this is critical to this sound.

The M15 Saw and Square are phase aligned  - WHEN THE PWM IS SET TO 50% DUTY CYCLE, 
I know this to be true based on the way I generate the sawtooth waveform from di-secting 
the triangle wave through an analog switching using the reset pulse form the VCO core.

And although that core produces a square wave (the reset), I don't use it for the square out 
- I also use the triangle to create the PWM.  In that both are dirived from the same triangle 
output, they are always going to be in phase relationship when the duty cycle is set to 
50%.
