Milton Sequencer

Milton Sequencer

2008-03-03 by James Loftin

I am new to the list. Maybe I am asking something that is common knowledge. A trip to the plan b website has the Milton Sequencer and much explanation of its functions. Have production plans been canceled for this unit?

Also, what are the dimensions for one TE/HP?

Thanks,
James

James,

It's 84HP - a whole row. It'll have optional rack ears and a wallwart
PSU It's coming this year. Search the records here there is all sorts
of info on it.

Re: Milton Sequencer

I don't want to commit to dates, but I will say that in 2008 we are
basically doubling the module count. Apart from the Models 16 and 21
Venti, we will be releasing an additional 12 to 14 modules this year.
I have working prototypes of most of these, the PCBS are deigned for
a third of them, they're happening. I've been very busy over the last
three weekends!

I just don't feel comfortable giving dates, but I assure you the days
of Plan B unobtainium are over.

Peter added to this letter: Not sure why you are disqualifying the two Analogue Systems digital delays (their echo is actually the same elecronics but without the samp circuitry), because they do everything you mention you'd like to have. Also, out of the Euro world is Bruce DUncans (Modcan) digital delay - which is amazing.

erm....don't know about that...there are several flavors of
sequencers out there for modular systems. a digital delay is non-
existant, isn't it? if not, let me know where i can find one! and
i'm not really talking about Tyme Sefari or AS's Delay/Sampler....I
just want a dedicated delay with CV control! :-]

RE: [PLAN_B_analog_blog] Re: Milton Sequencer

2008-08-09 by jared

Great, thanks! I wasn't disqualifying the two AS delays, I just didn't know
about them! :-] I just checked.the RS390 echo unit doesn't have any spec
info.I wonder if they're still building it. What other delay does AS do?

Thanks, too, for the heads-up about Bruce Duncan's delay!

Peter added to this letter: Not sure why you are disqualifying the two
Analogue Systems digital delays (their echo is actually the same elecronics
but without the samp circuitry), because they do everything you mention
you'd like to have. Also, out of the Euro world is Bruce DUncans (Modcan)
digital delay - which is amazing.

erm....don't know about that...there are several flavors of
sequencers out there for modular systems. a digital delay is non-
existant, isn't it? if not, let me know where i can find one! and
i'm not really talking about Tyme Sefari or AS's Delay/Sampler....I
just want a dedicated delay with CV control! :-]
