Model 18

Model 18

2008-04-02 by (i think you can figure that out)

It's coming....there are just other things that need to come first.
When you guys see what the modules are that were listed this morning
in the annoncement it'll make a whole lot more sense. It's a big
picture scenario.

In regards to the 8 channel expander however....not sure this will
come to light, but I never say never and even if, one could always get
multiples of the four channel flavor.

Peter:
I am not interested in (8) channels; if you want to talk of a nearly no demand product, there you have it. I just want the Model 18 which was supposed to be available , like 2 years ago. It is very frustrating when these designs are proposed with statements like "available Spring 2006" and there are 20 modules or whatever released prior. Same goes for the Milton. Although, at least I know why that has not been released. Perhaps others are aware of the issues with this device. The 18 is basic circuitry and should not be 2 years behind schedule.
If there is no output mixer in your proposed new modules then I will understand this issue even less. Without the 18 your system is dependent on other manufacturer's product like everyone else but Cwejman -

What kind of issues?

It was mentioned, that putting all the controls into the limited space
(3U, 84HP) is/was challenging. Personally, I would gladly pay more for
a (say) 6U (or perhaps 3U+3U...) sequencer with less crowded interface.

?????

I want to clear this up before rumors start flying. There are no
'issues' with Milton that is holding up it's release. We are about
three instructions short of completing the code and those are just
little things we hadn't gotten to yet. The hardware circuit is completed, that's the important part. Adding code can be done in a second.

The issue was I've purposely held it back because we didn't have
enough room in our building space (the small front room in my house)
to accommodate something 84 wide in quantity. Now with the move we
do, and now were going to begin production.

There will be two Milton's initially. 4 x 16 Venti and another small
one the Model 21C you guys know nothing about yet.
