Good news -

I think we've found a new home - back to Culver City in the Helms
Bakery Building where I kept my design studio for ten years:

Looking at the photo you'll notice a pruned ficus tree on the right
hand side. Two fights up there's a window. That's the unit we';re
considering. It was inhabited by a friend of mine way before I arrived
in 1991: Rhonda Voo Illustration. It was really nice to come back.

The fat lady hasn't sung yet, but she's clearing her throat, let9;s put
it that way. I'll keep you guys informed.

I see that building almost every day lately on the way to work lately. :D
Lots of places to eat too, but I'm a little sick of La Dijonais.
Last time I was in that complex I saw Elvin Jones, he even shook my
hand and said hello after his set.
