I am now using a subset of the piezo k7 inks and the carbon sepia inks in my 4000. It is a dual quad configuration, driven by QTR. I've put an archive in the files section with QTR profiles for these inks on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag (HPR) and White Velvet (HWV) papers along with QTR Gray icc print space profiles for anyone that wants to try these inks in their 4000. There is also a PDF file that illustrates the proper print settings in the CS2 print with preview and print dialogs. The inks setup is also in the commented header of the profile descriptor files. The neutral quad consists of piezo k7 black in the MK slot, k7 gray ink 3 in the LC slot, k7 gray ink 5 in the LM slot, and k7 gray ink 7 in the Y slot. The carbon sepia quad uses the same k7 black in the MK slot and the carbon sepia grays in the C, M, and LK slots. Beautiful prints with smooth tonal transitions, no highlight dots, finally an excellent neutral, and a very nice warm/sepia (subtle, not overstated). I haven't tried any profile blending or split toning yet but this setup is quite flexible and easy to use.
