QTR-Quadtone RIP

Reading Paul Roarks instructions to drop the txt file from Measure Tool onto the "Linearize Droplet" has me stumped.  Where is it.

I also tried to follow Tom's manual, but the interface has changed, so I'm getting lost.

Do I now have to just type each value in?

Also, I don't see the place that Paul said would "open up" and let me adjust the L line. (!?!!)
