The issue is that CS6 has intentionally removed the possibility of using the same profile as the document to print, and further will not show the gray gamma 2.2 profile. Adobe has touted both these as "features." (There is some discussion right now on both the Adobe and the Piezography forums... I've kicked up a bit of a hornet's nest with this discovery.) That said, I've also discovered the solution, and posted it both places last night. I just ran out of energy and went to bed, or you'd have see it here. That said, here's the solution, near as I can tell: 1) change the printer dialog from "photoshop manages colors" to "printer manages colors" and 2) in the driver dialog (print settings), under Color matching, choose QuadToneRIP instead of Colorsync.
