QTR-Quadtone RIP

I have observed some troubles in printing of a JPEG file using QTR.

When I chose a printing size as A4, but the output print was just a part of original image, almost 1/4 of the origin.

I am using Win7, QTR ver.2.7.2

After trying to change several parameters to print, but the results were the same. 

i.e. Change DPI number of original image DATA. Output Paper Size. JPEG DATA size.

Before I have met this phenomena, I was success to make a print of course.
And at last, I had successfully got a QTR print. It was using a TIFF file. 
Is there any one who has a similar experience?

P.S. I was using a big size JPEG such as 10Mbyte or bigger.
